Alfonso Bertomeu Torner is a doctoral candidate in the Social Sciences doctorate program at the University of Valencia. The second doctoral thesis is directed by professor Marta Roig Casanova. He will study the Bachelor of Economics and the Master of Public Economics and Economic Policy at the University of Valencia.

The research line focuses on the Public Economy, the territorial economy, and the environmental economy. More specifically, it currently attempts to estimate, through multi-criterion methodology, the impact of climate change at different territorial levels and the effects of public policies.
