The Regional Taxation Chair (CTA) at the University of Valencia has announced the second edition of the CTA Award for the best Master's Thesis in Public Economics, aimed at students from universities in the Valencian Community.
Master’s theses defended in the 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 academic years that deal with public economics, with a special focus on regional taxation, are eligible to participate. The deadline for submission is 20 October 2025.
The prize is worth €2,000, which may be shared in the event of a tie, and the theses will be evaluated by an academic committee based on criteria of scientific rigour, originality, complexity and quality of conclusions.
The Chair of Regional Taxation may disseminate the winning studies in various media and social networks, giving visibility to the most outstanding research in the field of taxation and public economics.
