Abstract: Minimum income programmes face strong governance problems that reduce their protection capacity, limit access to groups in need and present difficulties in promoting social inclusion.
The new MVI scenario may have encouraged some Autonomous Regions to reduce the coverage of their minimum income programmes, while others have redesigned their schemes and invested part of the previous funds in new programmes for inclusion and access to employment. How are the different regional benefits responding in their various forms of management and what governance mechanisms are being developed for the coexistence of the different benefits?
Objective: Identification of different models of governance and management in order to advance in the generation of knowledge that allows to overcome the fragmentation of these policies and the lack of adaptation to the needs of their beneficiaries.
