Rubén Amo participates in a congress on wealth taxation at the University of Alicante

The congress was held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Alicante on April 24th.

EvalPub researcher Rubén Amo Cifuentes participated in the scientific congress “The Taxation of Wealth and the Fight Against Inequality in the 21st Century”, held at the University of Alicante on April 24, 2026.

During the event, he presented a paper entitled “Taxpayer Behavior in Response to Reforms to the Inheritance and Gift Tax in the Valencian Community” This paper analyzes the impact of the latest reforms to the Inheritance and Gift Tax in the Valencian Community, focusing on their effect on the number and value of declared inheritances and gifts.
